Anjuman dasturi

SamDChTI «Til tizimi va sosial muhit» mavzusidagi ilmiy-amaliy anjumanning 2007 yil 17 – 18 oktyabr oyida Oliy va o’rta maxsus ta’lim vazirligi miqyosida o’tkazilishini rejalashtirdi.

Lison ijtimoiy hodisa sifatida inson faoliyatida muhim rol o’ynaydi. Ammo lisoniy faoliyatning ijtimoiy xususiyatlari masalalari to’lig’iga o’rganilmagan.

Bu holatni tushunish va uning yechimini topish uchun til va jamiyat o’rtasidagi munosabatni hamda ijtimoiy muhitni o’rganish katta ahamiyatga egadir. Mazkur ilmiy amaliy anjumanga muhokamaga qo’yilgan mavzular til strukturasi rivojida ijtimoiy muhitning tutgan o’rnini, muloqot shakllarining milliy madaniyat bilan bog’liq tamonlarini, nutqiy muloqot birliklarining funksional-pragmatik va sosiolingvistik xususiyatlarini tahlil qilishga oiddir.

Anjuman tili: o’zbek, ingliz, rus.

Anjuman sho’balari:

1. Til va jamiyat.

• Tillararo munosabatlar va standartlar.
• Ijtimoiy ko’ptillilik.
• Sosiolingvistik tahlil asoslari.

2. Til va variasiya.

• Mintaqaviy va ijtimoiy variasiya.
• Til va jins.

3. Til va madaniyat.

• Etnografik kommunikasiya.
• Nutqiy munosabatlar va nutq vaziyati
• Madaniyatlararo aloqa va tillararo munosabat.
• Bilingvizm va diglossiya.

4. Til va ta’lim.

• Sosiolingvistika va til ta’limi.
• Ko’p millatli jamiyatning til siyosati.

Anjumanga maqolalar quyidagi tartibda taqdim etilishi so’raladi:

1. Ma’ruza materiallari MS WORD 95, 97, 2000. Times New Roman IRO (14) shriftida rasmiylashtiriladi.

2. Qog’oz o’lchovi A4 (210-297).

3. Yuqoridan 2 sm, quyidan 2 sm, chapdan 3 sm, o’ngdan 1,5 sm joy qoldirilishi kerak.

4. Mavzuning nomi katta harflar bilan qoraytirib, qog’ozning o’rtasiga avtomatik tarzda keltirib yoziladi, keyingi qatorda ma’ruzachining ismi familiyasi, uchinchi qatorda ma’ruzachining ish joy yoziladi.

5. Qator orasidagi interval 1,5 bo’lsin.

6. Ma’ruza materiallari tahrirdan o’tgandan so’ng chop etilishi ko’zda tutilgan. (Tahrir ma’ruzachi zimmasida)

7. Ma’ruza hajmi – 3 sahifadan oshmagan holda, 2 nusxa qog’ozda va disketada yoki elektron pochta orqali topshirilishi lozim.

8. Anjumanda ishtirok etuvchilar 2007 yilning 1 iyuniga qadar maqolalarni taqdim etishlari so’raladi.

Samarkand State Institute of Foreign  Languages under auspices of the  Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan is planning to hold a scientific conference “Language structure and Society” on October 17-18 2007.

Understanding social atmosphere, the structure of the language and sociolinguistic peculiarities of speech activity and its research is one of the main directions of the present day linguistics.For the development of sociolinguistics it is of great importance to study the relation between the language and society and the influence of social situation on the linguistic activity.

Discussion of the sociolinguistic problems having theoretical and practical importance is being planned at this scientific – practical conference.

The discussion of the following problems is suggested:

1. Language and society:

• Relation between languages and language standards.
• Social multilinguality.
• National languages in the process of globalization
• The methods of sociolinguistic analysis.

2. Language and variation.

• Continental and social variation.
• Language and gender.

3. Language and culture.

• Ethnocommunication.
• Communication between cultures and language structures.
• The socio – pragmatic peculiarities of the units of speech contact.
• Bilinguism and diglossia.

4. Language and Education.

• Sociolinguistics and language education.
• Language policy of a multilingual society.

The abstracts of papers are required to be presented in the following order:

1. Printing materials are officialized in the MS WORD 95, 97, 2000, TIMES NEW ROMAN type.

2. Paper size A4 (210-197).

3. The space should  be 2 centimeters from upside, 2- from downside, 3- from the left and  1,5- from the right.

4. The paper title should be written in capital letters in bold type in the middle of the page automatically, next line is the name of the lecturer and the third line is the lecturer’s place of work.

5. The interval between the lines is 1,5.

6. The thesis materials are meant to be published after the editing.(Editing is made by the lecturer).

7. The abstracts of paper must not be more than 3 pages and sent in 2 copies in paper and in disc or sent via e-mail.

8. The participants are asked to present their thesis till August 1, 2007.
